British Sprint and Middle Championships 2015
3 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze for MDOC
Heather Fellbaum (W50) and Andrew Gregory (M80) both had excellent runs at last Saturday's British Sprint Championships at Aldershot Garrison to win their respective classes. Andrew had another brilliant run on Sunday in the Middle Distance Championships at Naphill and Park Wood, High Wycombe, again winning his class - more than five minutes ahead of his nearest rival.
In the W75 class, Sue Birkinshaw took the Silver medal and Margaret Gregory the Bronze on both days.
Congratulations to them all!
The events were the first major events in the UK to use the the new Emit Touch‐Free Controls and emiTags.
