Pre Event Info

Venue: The Griffin, 124 Wilmslow Road, Heald Green, Cheadle, SK8 3BE http://www.joseph-holt.com/pubs/view/griffin-hotel-heald-green. The entrance to the car park is off Finney Lane.

Register 6.00 to 7.00pm. Starts 6.30 to 7.30pm. Fee £3/£1.50.

Score event with 40 minute, 60 minute or 75 minute time limit. Under 16s MUST be accompanied by an adult. 16 and 17 year olds can compete alone but ONLY with written consent from parent/guardian. Lights essential (+ back-up). High-visibility clothing compulsory.

Parking

There is some car parking at the pub. Further street parking is available nearby.

Food

The Manager has offered the following options for £6.50 (to be served between 7.30 and 9.00pm):

1) Beef hotpot with vegetables + crusty bread

2) A veggie hotpot + crusty bread

Conventional NSL orienteering - no map exchanges! The map scale is 1:12,500.

We need to know food choices / numbers AND number of maps by midnight Sunday 12th February, so, if you are planning to attend, please email Grahame asap indicating number of maps required and your choice of food.
