Additional information from the organiser

Planner Sam Drinkwater has provided the following information:

Parking

The pub has a medium sized carpark, there is private carpark next to it which is to be avoided, and there is on-street parking to the north when the carpark fills up.

Food

Some heads up on food numbers would be good (as a courtesy to the pub, not as a 100% commitment). but we can order anything from the menu. Their main choice is carvery, but they also do burgers, pizza and other mains...

Reserving a map

To reserve your map(s) for this event, please email Grahame at indicating the number required, by 5pm on Monday 28th October. An indication of your food requirements would also be useful (carvery, burger, pizza, other).

If you are a "first-timer", please provide details of your club, and year of birth, along with your name.

And don't forget ...

All competitors MUST wear a high-visibility top.

There are no exceptions to this, and no excuse for not wearing one, as we can lend you one if you have forgotten yours.
