Event Report

Please check your results carefully for spelling/club/age group/correct timing and score, and let us know asap of any errors. If your score is not what you were expecting, and you don't feature in the wrong-answers list, one of us has made a mistake.

Don't forget that if you can't make a particular event, you can get the map and questions from Grahame , and run by yourself before or after the day, and have your score included.

Nb. Wrong answers for #53 stay wrong – there are no such lampposts near to the right one. Presume people weren’t in the right patch of map.  20 people got it right.

Nb. Wrong answers for #60 stay wrong – the other lampposts in the vicinity are on different features, which could have been distinguished. 60 people got it right.

Additional information from the organiser

The pub car park is fairly small, but there is on-street parking to the East and North of the Red Lion which should be free after 6pm.

The Red Lion has an extensive menu (https://www.redlionpubmanchester.co.uk/menus/), but they have asked us to give some indication of the number of meals and the likely distribution, so ...

if you are going to eat please let Grahame know and give an indication by choosing from one of the following categories - chicken dishes, pies, grills/steak, curry, burgers or a vegetarian option. Its just to give them a rough idea - I'm pretty sure you will be able to choose an alternative on the night.

Reserving a map and food

As usual, we are unsure of the numbers of runners who will come along, so if you are interested in attending please email Grahame Crawshaw by 6pm on Saturday 11th November, indicating the number of maps required and your food requirements.
