How to join
To become a member of Manchester & District Orienteering Club (MDOC) you must also be a member of British Orienteering – the national governing body for the sport. You can join as a Senior member (aged 26 or older on 31 December of the membership year), Young Adult (aged 21-25 on 31 December of the membership year) or a Junior member (aged 20 or younger on 31 December of the membership year). The Membership Fees consist of two parts: British Orienteering and MDOC Club membership. (The club is also affiliated to the North West Orienteering Association, but the club pays your NWOA affiliation fee.)
If you wish to become a new member and have not joined British Orienteering in the past four calendar years, you will still be able to take advantage of our part-year membership fee offer until the end of 2024.
