Planner's Comments

Courses were planned so that all competitors had the opportunity to visit 'The Cage' and enjoy the views - though many of you had the chance to forego the view and the associated climb. Only Blue course competitors visited the moor to south of the house, and they alone had the major route choices on offer. Everyone had the chance to stretch their legs on the runnable pastures to the north.

• To Dave Mawdsley for printing the courses
• And in particular to Eddie Speak, who was not only the controller, but edited the map with a few corrections, provided me with software guidance, prepared the maps for each course, and also helped with control hanging. Magic!

I hope you all enjoyed a pleasant evening outing.
