Organisers Comments - Peter Lomas

Thanks must given to the people listed below who throughout  offered support and cooperation in staging the weekend of orienteering. At no time in negotiations  for access and facilities were any obstacles put in the way. This I feel was reflected in the lovely atmosphere that prevailed the whole weekend. Even the weather joined in to put the icing on the cake.

Organisers comments - Trevor Roberts

Our concerns over car parking came to nothing as we were blessed with glorious weather for the whole weekend. The event presented us with the usual challenges facing a competition of this size. It largely went to plan although it is unfortunate that some of the SI boxes failed. We also appreciated your understanding over why we could not provide water at the finishes.

There is a small list of lost property on the main web site. If you recognise any of this as yours, please claim it within a maximum of one month. Also if you entered, were unable to run and would like your map, please let me know and I will send it on.

Last but not least, a big thank you to all the people from MDOC and elsewhere who gave so much of their time to make this event happen.
