Event Report

Thanks to all for a great turnout last night, it's not often that you see a bar/pub filled with almost exclusively runners, eating and comparing notes on where they went.

The results as posted are provisional as there were quite a number of answers that need checking to decide if people were in the right location (we do try to be lenient on these). It should be a couple of days before checking is complete.

There were a couple of clues where the number ON discs on telegraph poles was the question. Some gave the answer as the number OF discs.

Pre Event Info

Venue: The Boars Head, 2 Shrigley Road, Poynton SK12 1TE

Parking may be tight as we have a lot of pre-entries. The pub does have a car park but they also have other customers so please let's not take all their spaces. The BEST place to park is the Nelson Pit car park, just across the road which has a lower level and a larger upper level next to the canal. There is some parking on Anson Road, the side road next to the pub.

The road along Norbury Hollow between the A6 and Middlewood is CLOSED, this may affect your route to the pub. The best alternative is to go through Poynton and marvel at the wonderful shared space traffic scheme!
