Time Correction

We belatedly discovered that the Start and Finish SI boxes had not been synchronised. After testing the boxes, the discrepancy originally guessed as about 28 seconds has been established as 25 seconds, and all times and penalties have been adjusted accordingly.

Marker's Comments

Official rulings have been that 2 and 3 are acceptable answers for #30, and 36-38 acceptable answers for #38.
