British Sprint and Middle Championships 2014
2 Gold, 2 Silver and 5 Bronze for MDOC
Three MDOC members gained podium places at last Saturday's British Sprint Champs at Keele University - a silver medal for Vicky Thornton (W50) and bronze medals for Matthew Fellbaum (M16) and Sue Birkinshaw (W75).

The British Middle Distance Champs at Brereton Spurs on Sunday were even more successful with gold medals for Matthew in M16 and Andrew Gregory in M75, plus silver for John Britton (M60) and bronze for Vicky Thornton (W50), Rae Lomas (W70) and Sue Birkinshaw (W75).
