MDOC 60th Anniversary Picnic
Tues 17th June - Brereton Heath
2025 Marks the 60th anniversary of the inauguration of Manchester and District Orienteering Club. To mark this occasion we have identified the Brereton Heath summer evening O event to celebrate with a group picnic. We hope to see a good turn out for the event from our club members, and the planner is hoping to offer courses with an anniversary twist. Prizes will be on offer to our junior competitors. Those who do not wish to run are still invited to take part in the social gathering and picnic. Competitors from other clubs are also most welcome to join us.
MDOC Social 2025
Saturday 18th January 2025
This is the our opportunity to get together, meeting old friends and new, with some simple food and fun entertainment and celebrate our successes of the orienteering year just gone. In 2025 we return to High Lane Village Hall with catering providing a choice of 3 main courses including gluten-free and vegetarian. We ask that you bring your own beverages (alcoholic or non alcoholic as preferred) to have with the meal. Please also bring your own glasses/tumblers. Tea, coffee and cordial will also be provided

MDOC Annual Social Evening 2019
New Date: 12th January 2019
New Venue: Offerton Community Centre, Mallowdale Road, Offerton, Stockport, SK2 5NX
Just when, for most people, the party season would be drawing to a close, MDOC members are invited to the Annual Social Evening on the 12th January 2019. The new date has been arranged so as not to clash with other more major orienteering events and club members will need to go a long way to find another orienteering event to challenge it that weekend.
