The minutes of the 2025 AGM, the proposed Agenda and a paper proposing club membership structure and fees for 2027 that will be tabled for voting on at the meeting have all been circulated, by email.

Reports from the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer will be circulated by the 1st October 2026.

The AGM is open to all club members and we would encourage members to participate, through attendance in person or by providing your views in advance of the meeting, to help shape the future of the club.
