MDOC at the Northern Champs 2025

Our club members had a lot of success here, as after those not eligible to win the Northern Champs were factored out, Chris and Elizabeth Embrey won their respective classes, with Mark Burley, Wangki Yuen, Eddie Speak, Michele Corrigan and Cerys Manning getting second places, and Cameron and David Gray getting thirds. There were also top 10 placing performances from many other of our club members: Blake Edwards, Simon Freytag, David McCann, John Britton, Stephen Beresford, Tony Wagg, Sophie Gray, Fiona Millington, Jane McCann and Kate Bryant.
Thank you to everyone who helped us put on this event; there were plenty of smiling faces from lots of happy orienteers, and it wouldn’t have happened without all of our wonderful volunteers!
