# The Competition:

Three MapRun sprint courses, designated as A, B, and C, will be available. Each course will range between 2.5km and 3km in length on an updated map. Competitors can participate in any one, any two, or all three courses at their convenience between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Each competitor will be assigned a handicap based on their current BOF ranking points. The time taken for each course will be adjusted according to this handicap.

# Prizes

Seven prizes will be awarded, with only one prize per competitor, in the following categories and order:

• To the competitor with the fastest handicapped aggregate time for all three courses.
• To the winners of the doubles combinations: A&B, A&C, and B&C.
• To the winners of individual courses A, B, and C.

Facilities

The Start and Finish will be next to the Treetops Café (coffee, cake, sandwiches and ice cream). Just down the road is the Jackson’s Boat (cosy pub with food) and nearby is the Boathouse (Restaurant with panoramic views).

Plenty of parking. Metro station on the doorstep.
