The runs cater for all levels of fitness and there is normally a choice of routes from 2-3 miles up to 7 -9 miles, depending on the venue. There is often a walking group as well. During the summer months, we try to go off road as much as possible and runs use a variety of local footpaths, canal towpaths and open areas such as Lyme Park. Winter runs are mainly on roads and tracks but bring a torch.
New members are always welcome. The runs start at 7:00 pm.
