Policies and Codes of Conduct
MDOC is committed to be "safe, effective and child-friendly" and has adopted an appropriate set of policies and codes of conduct.
In accordance with the MDOC Constitution, the club has adopted the following British Orienteering Policies:
- British Orienteering - Safeguarding Children & At-risk Adults (reviewed Oct. 2018)
- British Orienteering - Equality and Inclusion Policy (reviewed June 2012)

The club has also adopted the following Codes of Conduct:
