MDOC members launch smartphone ‘O’ website
A range of smartphone orienteering courses in and around south Manchester are now available via a dedicated website thanks to the efforts of MDOC members Ian Watson, Peter Ross and Doug Edwards during lockdown. The courses use the latest version of the MapRun app that was trialled at last season's night street league, MapRunF.
Challenges include finding as many postboxes in your area as you can in an hour and navigating the streets of Altrincham on a map drawn 120 years ago.
