SpunchMCR - Tuesday evenings in Manchester City Centre starting 16 April
A series of 4 urban Spunch events from trendy city bars / pubs within 10-15 mins walk from Piccadilly Station:
- SpunchMCR 1 - Tuesday 16th April at Track Brewery & Tap Room
- SpunchMCR 2 - Tuesday 23rd April at Sandbar
- SpunchMCR 3 - Tuesday 30th April at Sandbar

This is our twelfth series of events.
All the 2023/24 NSL events will be planned as MapRun events, enabling runners to use the MapRun app on their phone or the MapRunG app on their watch.
However, as usual at NSL Maprun events, a traditional paper-based backup will be available for those who request it.

MDOC Juniors’ Yvette Baker Trophy Success
Congratulations to the MDOC Juniors for qualifying for the Yvette Baker Trophy Final, after a fantastic performance in the North West heat at Little Budworth on Saturday 20th January.
The MDOC team secured first place with 888 points, ahead of Lakeland Orienteering Club in 2nd (877 points), with Deeside in 3rd (865 points) and West Cumbria in 4th (786 points).
Between MDOC and our associated Schools Fallibroome Academy and Cheadle Hulme School, we had a total of 34 juniors running for the club ...
